Cancellation and Refund Policy

All items (excluding DVDs) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. All products must be returned with original packaging intact and in original condition.
Any Product purchased online may be returned to our retail location provided that it meets the above guidelines.

Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like-new condition and in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card or your Paypal account, based on the original purchase method (excluding the original shipping fee). 
Please allow 7 days from when we accept your returned Product for the processing of your credit.

As long as your order has not been shipped, we can change or cancel it.
If we cannot cancel your order, you can return it to us once you receive it and request a refund or store credit.

If you exchange for a different product additional shipping fee may be applied.

The return or exchange shipment must have a tracking number as proof. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
